My heart and passion is to reach out to those who are in need of a Savior and to walk with them as they discover the plan God has for their life. My Ministry has concentrated on reaching out to children, youth, and their families.

I have been very blessed in the last fourteen years to be a part of a vibrant growing church which has enabled me to grow and mature in my talents and gifts for the Kingdom.

To the glory of God the ministries that I have led have grown tremendously. With this growth has come many opportunities to equip and disciple dozens of leaders throughout the years.

My ministry model for training is based on the Bible, Ephesians 4 and the Purpose Driven model. I believe in equipping students as young as seven years old for ministry (highly supervised and directed of course). I also believe that children and youth should be involved in servant ministry and evangelism.

My spiritual gifts that are recognized by the church are: Leading, Teaching, and Evangelism. I am very passionate about reaching this lost generation for Christ. I also feel very strongly that we must build a bridge to the families of the students and connect the entire family to the local church. (Acts 16:31) (2 Corinthians 5:20)

My gifting in leadership and my concentration in communications have given me many opportunites to be the lead pastor in many large events such as: Power TEAM, Eternity, etc... of which thousands have attended over the years and hundreds have been saved and baptized... Praise Jesus!

I have had many opportunities to lead out in local and state missionwork: Sidewalk Sunday Schoo, VBS Bible Clubs, Nursing homes, Home Bound, Liason for Lighthouse Baptist Church with 275 memebers.

I thank God for each and every day that He gives me that I might serve the church....
